ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភូមា ថ្កោលទោស ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលបានទៅជួប មីន អ៊ុងលាំង ហើយបានលើកទឹកចិត្ត ដល់ជនផ្តាច់ការនេះ ដែលជាមេរដ្ឋប្រហារ មានបាតដៃប្រឡាក់ឈាម។ សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួម រវាង មីន អ៊ុងលាំង និង ហ៊ុន សែន គ្រាន់តែឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងការប៉ុនប៉ងបោកបញ្ឆោតសាធារណៈមតិអន្តរជាតិ តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ អ្វីដែលប្រជារាស្ត្រភូមាចង់បាន គឺការបញ្ឈប់នូវរាល់អំពើហិង្សា មកលើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង និងគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋាន ដែលទាមទារដោយសន្តិវិធី ឲ្យគោរពឆន្ទៈប្រជារាស្ត្រ ដូចបានសម្តែង តាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោត ឆ្នាំ ២០១៥ និង ២០២០។ ក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតនោះ គណបក្សលោកស្រី អ៊ុង សាន ស៊ូជី បានទទួលការគាំទ្រជាង ៨០ ភាគរយ ពីអ្នកបោះឆ្នោតទូទាំងប្រទេស។

« The people of Myanmar and the country’s friends reject the Min Aung Hlaing - Hun Sen joint declaration.

The dictators of Cambodia and Myanmar, Hun Sen and Min Aung Hlaing, each lead an illegal regime founded on violence. They are both waging war on their own people in order to stay in power.

The people of Myanmar want more than a false ceasefire between armies who have fought in the jungle for decades. Experience proves such a ceasefire will be violated on the ground by those who proclaim it. Myanmar’s people want an end to violence against the civilian population who have protested peacefully all over the country to demand a return to democracy. Their fundamental demand is for a return to the situation before the coup of February 1, 2021, and the respect for the universal suffrage expressed in the legislative elections of 2015 and 2020.

Last but not least, Hun Sen made a big mistake by not meeting with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and not mentioning the National Unity Government while in Myanmar, therefore showing his blatant bias as a "go-between". »
