ខណៈកាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃថ្ងៃទី ១២ ខែសីហាឆ្នាំ ២០២០ កាន់តែខិតជិតមកដល់ “បុរសខ្លាំង” របបភ្នំពេញ កំពុងភ័យស្លន់ស្លោយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ មេដឹកនាំផ្តាច់ការនេះ បានបញ្ជាឱ្យចាប់ លោក រ៉ុង ឈុន ប្រធានសម្ព័ន្ធភាពកម្មករ និង ជាប្រធានសមាគមគ្រូបង្រៀនកម្ពុជាផងដែរ នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី ៣១ ខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ ២០២០ ហើយដោយគ្មានដីកាផង។ នៅថ្ងៃទី ៣ ទី ៤ និងទី ៥ ខែសីហាឆ្នាំ ២០២០ បុគ្គលិកសន្តិសុខ មកពីខណ្ឌមួយចំនួននៅភ្នំពេញ បានព្យាយាមខ្ទប់ យ៉ាងកំរោល ព្រះសង្ឃ និង យុវជន ដែលមកធ្វើការតវ៉ាដោយសន្តិវិធី ប្រឆាំងនឹងការចាប់ខ្លួនលោករ៉ុងឈុនដោយខុសច្បាប់។

សូមកត់សម្គាល់បុគ្គលិកសន្តិសុខ មក ពីខណ្ឌដូនពេញ គឺជាមនុស្សឃោរឃៅបំផុត។ ពួកវាទាត់ធាក់ក្មេងស្រីៗ។ ពួកនេះហើយដែលបានបណ្តេញព្រះសង្ឃ និង អ្នកគាំទ្រគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ចេញពីទីលានប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅដើមឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ ។

Dear compatriots,

As the fateful date of August 12, 2020 is fast approaching, the "strong man" of Phnom-Penh’s regime is in full panic. He arrested, on the night of July 31, 2020 and without a warrant, Mr. Rong Chhun, the charismatic president of a workers' union and also president of the Cambodian Teachers Association. On August 3, 4 and 5, 2020, the Khand security personnel tried to prevent, with great violence, the monks and youth who peacefully protest against this illegal arrest of Mr. Rong Chhun.

Note that those from Khan Daun Penh are the most cruel. They kick young girls. They were the ones who had driven the monks and the CNRP’s supporters from the Freedom Park at the very beginning of 2014.

A mesure que la date fatidique du 12 Août 2020 s'approche à grands pas, "l'homme fort" de Phnom-Penh est en plein pannique. Il faisait arrêter, dans la nuit du 31 Juillet 2020 et sans mandat, Mr Rong Chhun, le charismatique président d'un syndicat des travailleurs et aussi président de l'Association des Enseignants du Cambodge. Les 3, 4 et 5 Août 2020, le personnel de sécurité des Khand ont tenté d'empêcher avec une grande violence, les bonzes et la jeunesse qui protestent pacifiquement contre cette arrestation illégale de Mr Rong Chhun.

A noter que ceux provenant du Khan Daun Penh sont les plus cruels. Ils donnent des coups de pieds aux jeunes filles. C'étaient eux qui avaient chassé les bonzes et les supporters du CNRP de la place de la liberté, tout au début de 2014.
