(*) The European Union having clearly specified its position, the ball is in Hun Sen's court when it comes to preserving the EBA programme for Cambodia. Hun Sen, and Hun Sen alone, will be held responsible for the loss of jobs of hundreds of thousands of Cambodian workers if he only thinks of preserving his absolute power. He must release Kem Sokha and reinstate the opposition CNRP as part of a plan to restore democracy in Cambodia.
