មានប្រសាសន៍តាមទូរស័ព្ទជាមួយ VOA ពីប្រទេសបារាំង លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បញ្ជាក់ថា លោកមិនព្រួយបារម្មណ៍ពីបណ្តឹងខ្យល់ របស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ទេ។
លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បញ្ជាក់ថា ៖ រឿងសូកប៉ាន់លុយ ១ លានដុល្លារហ្នឹង ហ៊ុន សែន គាត់បាននិយាយខ្លួនគាត់ ហើយគេបានចុះផ្សាយព្រោងព្រាត គាត់អត់បដិសេធទេ ដូច្នេះវាជាការពិត។ ខ្ញុំគ្មានខ្វល់អំពីអ្នកណាគេប្តឹងខ្ញុំទេ ដរាបណាខ្ញុំនិយាយការពិត។
លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បញ្ជាក់ថែមទៀតថា លោកមិនរវល់ទេ ពីព្រោះរឿងដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងនេះ ជារឿងនយោបាយសុទ្ធសាធ ហើយថ្ងៃណាមួយមានដំណោះស្រាយនយោបាយ ពាក្យបណ្តឹងកំប៉ិកកំប៉ុកនេះ វានឹងត្រូវចប់ដោយខ្លួនវា។
(*) I welcome Hun Sen's judicial complaint before Cambodia's Kangaroo Court because any discussion on the substance of the complaint will generate more publicity for Hun Sen's shameful acts.
The complaint cannot be considered now as a denial of what Hun Sen himself did say through his well-publicized online messages: it should have been lodged a long time ago. Too late, too little and too easy!
